A week in the life of a stay-at-home Mom!!!!!

the kids and I returned on saturday from a quick trip to good ol' Grand Junction, my very dear friend's Dad had passed away and so we went to the funeral and selfishly to see Hillbill. It was happy and sad, we laughed but we also remembered how great of a man her dad was.

And so we got back on Friday - Saturday was spent getting Ky ready for Aaron's camp which is basically girls camp for boys and Saturday night the fun begins. Carter awoke and puked all over so into the washer the sheets go and fresh ones on and Carter climbs into to bed with me and yes much to my dismay he soils my pillow and clothes so at 3 in the morning we take a shower, and yes third time is the charm only on towels this time so to begin my wonderful Sunday i must pull out the shampooer and get to cleaning before I die of puke smell. - Ky and Carter stayed home - since I had sharing time - Carter was a happy baby we all go to bed and once again Carter awakes and puke everywhere so once again the washer gets to work and once again he climbs into bed with us. We see Ky off for the week and yes monday and tuesday and wednesday all bring similar happenings in the wee morning hours with Carter awaking and puking. Ky came home Wednesday night for class and on Tuesday Kyra and Kadence also joined the puking club - and so literally my house had puke in every room UGGGGGGGHHHHHH. I found myself sleeping on the couch because my mattress had been wounded seriously luckily i was able to get medical attention to it soon after and thus it is on its way to a sound recovery. so then Carter on Thursday hit the 24 hour mark of puke free and Kadence was fine and so i decide it is time to saddle up the horses and leave our jail cell - and we Gallopped on over to the local costco. and much to my disbelief Kyra pukes in the trash can in the freezer section which had been virtually empty until the puking started so we got out of there asap and came home and not at long last they are all sleeping soundly in their beds and i have a very sterilized house. What a week- we were going to party but instead we stayed in locked up

C'est la vie.
